AUTOMAT is pleased to present Rock Chalk, a solo exhibition of fabric paintings by Kate McCammon and curated by Lou Serna. 

Rock Chalk creates a sense of place through the lens of loss. Weaving together both recent and distant memories, it tells the story of revisiting home. The everlasting sportsmanship of a youthful father, the bundled-up joy of childhood snow days, and the dusty artifacts of events gone by -- each forms a thread in the progression from child to adult and back again.
